About Us
Welcome to Tailwaggin’ Tailwinds Rescue, a dedicated non-profit organization based in North Carolina, founded by Anne and Andrew Zeneski in July 2025.
After retiring from the traditional 9-to-5 work life, Andrew sought meaningful ways to give back to the community. In May 2014, he joined the Pilots N Paws organization, marking the beginning of their journey in animal rescue. Since then, Anne and Andrew have passionately flown rescue missions whenever possible. “It’s become a true passion,” says Anne. “I just wish we had an unlimited amount of time and a never-ending supply of aviation fuel!”
In 2025, eleven years after their first rescue flight, the Zeneski’s established Tailwaggin’ Tailwinds Rescue. Their goal is to raise funds through tax-exempt donations and various grants, allowing them to continue their mission of saving God’s fur babies. With your support, we can expand our efforts and make a difference in the lives of countless animals in need.
